In partnership with the Information Services team, the Talent Enhancement team is excited to announce a new training offering beginning in July: the Reports Workshop. Learn where to find and how to use the available advancement reports that provide insight into your donors and alumni, your area’s giving history and trends, and how best to focus your advancement work efforts.
When
The third Monday of each month, starting July 15.
Where
We are offering an in-person and a virtual session:
- Virtual session: 10–11 am; Zoom link will be shared upon registration at the link below
- In-person session: 11:30 am–12:30 pm in the University Advancement Office Collaboration Room (basement of the Price Theater Arts Building)
Note: You can attend either the virtual session OR in-person session.
What
The Reports Workshop is split into two parts:
- Part I (first 15-20 minutes): Finding the reports
- Part II (remaining time): Using the reports
For the first session in July, the following reports will be reviewed:
- Giving Detail Report
- Giving History by Constituent or Household
- Gifts By Gift Ranges
Note: You are welcome to join for Part I, Part II, or both. For example, you may skip Part I and only attend Part II if you are familiar with accessing reports.
Who
The Reports Workshop is for anyone who has completed basic Unite training.
